Doha, June 22 (QNA) - The exhibition of Artificial Intelligence in Architectural Design opened today in Katara (Building 18). In cooperation between Katara Cultural Village Foundation and Qatar Society of Engineers, the exhibition displays about 45 paintings and will remain open until July 9th.

HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the United States of America Sheikh Meshal bin Hamad Al-Thani participated in the ceremony held by the Islamic Center in Detroit on the occasion of the opening of Muhammad Ali Park in the city of Dearborn, Michigan. The park has been renovated through a generous contribution from the State of Qatar.

The State of Qatar affirmed Thursday that it adopts an overarching foreign policy approach based on establishing peace, settling disputes, achieving economic and social development, caring for education, employing youth, sports and protecting human rights and the rule of law. Qatar's comprehensive counter-terrorism strategy, approved in June 2022, included provisions that promote democratic practices and human rights, bolster the rule of law, preserve the rights of victims, and boost social security and peace.

Doha, June 20 (QNA) - The State of Qatar will host the Advanced Technology for Construction and Services Expo (ConteQ Expo24) from Sept. 16 to 18, 2024.

HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani chaired the delegation of the State of Qatar in the ministerial strategic partnership meeting between the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) and the United States of America (US), with the participation of Their Highnesses and Excellencies the foreign ministers of the GCC countries and HE US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, at the headquarters of the General Secretariat in the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia today.

HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani met on Wednesday with HE Secretary of State of the United States of America Antony Blinken, at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) in Riyadh, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The meeting came on the sidelines of the joint ministerial meeting of the GCC-US strategic partnership.

The State of Qatar affirmed its commitment to contributing to global efforts to ensure that cyberspace is a means of progress and well-being, and to reduce the threats it may pose, and stressed the need to observe the rule of law, human rights, fundamental freedoms and the free flow of information in an open and secure digital environment accessible to all.

HE Special Envoy of the Minister of Foreign Affairs for Counter-Terrorism and Mediation in Conflict Resolution Dr. Mutlaq bin Majed Al Qahtani met separately on Thursday with HE Deputy Assistant Secretary (DAS) for Strategic Policy Scott Rembrandt and Acting Assistant Administrator of United States Agency for International Development (USAID) for the Middle East region Andrew Plitt, as part of His Excellency's current visit to the US.
