It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the official website of the Consulate General of Qatar in New York.  Our Consulate covers New York as well as sixteen other U.S. states along the East Coast.   I hope that the information provided here will help you learn more about the consular services offered by my colleagues to Qatari citizens and individuals of other nationalities as well as provide insight on a number of different fields reflecting Qatar’s achievements both within the Gulf region and on a global scale . 

At the Consulate General of Qatar in New York, we also serve as a window on the development of Qatar and its bilateral relations with the United States. We serve as a bridge to foster and enhance practical cooperation and facilitate development in a variety of sectors including economic, cultural, educational, and trade between Qatar and states within the east coast of the U.S. including but not limited to New York, Illinois and Massachusetts.  It is with great enthusiasm that I undertake my post as Consul General in New York where I can actively engage in these cross-cultural endeavors.  It is my sincere hope that through such interactions between the people of Qatar and the U.S., we will cultivate cooperative and enduring partnerships that will deepen the understanding between our two nations.
