Doha, October 16 (QNA) - Qatar Tourism announced the launch of a "widget" tool on the websites of institutions in the country; With the aim of promoting events and festivals held all over Qatar.

Qatar Tourism said in a statement today: "It is now possible to install this tool easily on the websites of any organization in Qatar, and once added, it will immediately provide users with an updated list of events and festivals taking place all over Qatar."

The statement explained that this tool allows its partners to benefit from the "Qatar Calendar of Events and Festivals", including the dates and places of their residence, noting that the launch of the "widget" comes with the approaching date of the start of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, and at a time when the pace of events is increasing.

For her part, Ms. Haya Al-Nuaimi, Campaigns and Marketing Officer at Qatar Tourism, said in a statement: “Local entities will be able to provide their audience with a comprehensive picture of all events taking place throughout the country, through the “widget” tool without the need to waste no time gathering information.
