Doha, October 11 (QNA) The Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy announced the opening of a new center for Haya Card services, at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center, to provide assistance to the fans of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, whose competitions will start on November 20.
The new Haya service center provides direct support to fans through a specialized team that answers their inquiries regarding the Haya card, in addition to the card printing service, knowing that card printing is optional according to the fan's desire, where all fans can use the digital card.
The new center will receive fans until December 23, to join the Haya Service Center, which was announced to open in Ali Bin Hamad Al-Attiyah Hall at the end of last month.
Saeed Al Kuwari, Executive Director of Haya Platform at the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy, said: “Our teams look forward to providing full support to fans at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center in West Bay, and Ali Bin Hamad Al Attiyah Hall near Al Sadd Sports Club, to ensure a smooth experience. For everyone with a Haya card.
It is noteworthy that the Haya card is mandatory for all fans who hold tickets for the Qatar 2022 World Cup matches to enter the eight World Cup stadiums, and free use of public transportation on match days throughout the tournament, and the card is considered an entry permit to the country for fans coming from outside.
Hayya to Qatar 2022 / An application for obtaining a card can be submitted through the Haya platform, or through the Hayya to Qatar 2022 app on smartphones, available in Apple, Google Play and Huawei stores, and the fan is required to have a valid ticket number, and his personal data and a copy of the passport or ID card, in addition to information related to the place of residence, must be uploaded.
It is noteworthy that the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy organizes a series of seminars via video communication technology, dealing with all the details required to submit applications and obtain a Haya card.
