The Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) announced the issuance of a single license to provide public communications networks and services via satellite to Starlink Satellite Qatar, which was recently established in the State of Qatar by the leading international company, SpaceX.

The authority said - on its official account on the Twitter site - that this license authorizes Starlink Satellite Qatar to provide broadband Internet services via satellite to individuals and institutions in the State of Qatar.

According to CRA, the main services that Starlink Satellite Qatar intends to provide in the State of Qatar include a basic internet service that it will provide to the consumer directly via satellite, and a distinct service designed specifically for companies and senior users.
