At Glasgow summit, world leaders make various pledges to reduce carbon emissions and sign a "historic" agreement today

London announced that more than 100 world leaders will sign a landmark agreement to protect and restore forests.

At the opening of the COP26 climate conference, United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres called to "save humanity", at a time when environmental experts are sounding the alarm.

As more than 120 world leaders gathered Monday in Glasgow for the two-week summit, the UN Secretary-General said, "It is time to say enough is enough."
